Are you ready to feel empowered and strong? Join our foundational strength training class designed just for women!
SheStrength offers an aerobic warm-up followed by a mix of hand weights, resistance bands, and body weight exercises. Our goal is to boost your strength and confidence in a supportive environment, with an emphasis on correct form and safe technique.
Strength training goes beyond building muscle, it can:
• Enhance your overall health
• Boost your metabolism
• Increase bone density
• Improve posture
• Elevate your mood
Plus, it’s an excellent way to build confidence and challenge your body with new movements, paving the way for lifelong strength.

Class 1: 9.30-10.30am
Class 2: 10.45-11.45am VENUE

Wear comfortable clothing such as active-wear and joggers. - BYO
Bring a towel and a water bottle. You’re welcome to bring your own weights and/or yoga mat if you prefer. - COST
10 week term: $125 per person – this cost includes YWCA Hunter Affiliate membership
Casual Class option: $16
